[Resolved] Flipkart — complaining about the phone vivo z1x

I have ordered vivo z1x mobile in filpkart on 30sep 2019 and i have received phone on 09th oct 2019. When i opened the box the phone was fully dirty and sim lot not working, having battery issue. At the same day i have informed to flipkart they not take any action for this, still phone not working.
Also i informed to customer support they not give response and no one look it this issue.

Flipkart arranged technical visit and identified issue.. Then refund the money. Thanks for your support
