[Resolved] Flipkart — complaining about the phone vivo z1x | |||
I have ordered vivo z1x mobile in filpkart on 30sep 2019 and i have received phone on 09th oct 2019. When i opened the box the phone was fully dirty and sim lot not working, having battery issue. At the same day i have informed to flipkart they not take any action for this, still phone not working. Also i informed to customer support they not give response and no one look it this issue. Nov 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart arranged technical visit and identified issue.. Then refund the money. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
