[Resolved] Flipkart — complaining about the refund after picking the product | |||
I ordered leggings combo worth 750/- but didn't get all. I returned it. Courier person came and pick the products but it has been more 4 months approx flipkart didn't not refund my amount. I complained in flipkart but they are saying that product pick has been cancelled. Also same issues with another product worth 499/- flipkart is saying the same thing in this matter as well. Jan 15, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart mailed me @ cs@ flipkart.com and demanded for slip but courier person don't provide the slip also I got call from flipkar executive of Flipkart told me that pick up has been cancelled even I told him that I already gave the products to courier boy. Also he told me that contact the courier person and ask for slip but how can I contact him they don't provide. I don't have his number. This thing happened with three order.
