[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint about oppo f3 plus delivery | |||||
Had placed order for oppo f3 plus order id for same being od[protected] on 17.10.2017 for delivery at pin code - 421103. Delivery of same was expected yesterday i. E. 30.10.2017 but got sms on 31.10.2017 morning saying "order cancelled as courier partner was unable to deliver on given address". Previously also several shipments have been delivered at the above mentioned pin code through ekart logistic now all of a sudden how is it possible that they are not able to trace the address. Further why there was no communication from ekart if they were unable to locate the address & why flipkart has cancelled the order without informing me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
