I am writing regarding my recent order (Order ID: OD[protected] placed on November 12, 2024, for an Aldo backpack on Flipkart. The order was initially scheduled for delivery on November 16, 2024, but was delayed to November 19, 2024.
I made multiple calls to your customer support team between November 16 and 18, requesting updates and faster delivery. On the morning of November 18, I was informed that the order would be delivered within 24 hours. However, later that evening, I received a text stating that the order was cancelled due to non-acceptance during delivery.
This information is incorrect as I did not receive any call or visit from the delivery personnel. Additionally, I never requested the order's cancellation. Despite my immediate call to your support team upon receiving the text, I was informed that the refund process had already started, and no assistance could be provided to reinstate the order.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far. I kindly request:
1. Reinstatement of my original order at the earliest.
2. Clear communication regarding the actual delivery status.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay and mismanagement.
Please look into this matter urgently. I hope to see a resolution soon and appreciate your attention to this matter.
