[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint against motog2

Dear Team, I have already registered my complaint to your customer service, but my problem has not resolved, i do follow all the steps on call by your executives but still i'm facing many issues in my handset since i bought it..fyi I ordered it on 16-02-15, my order ID is OD[protected]. Phone is hanging, unable to call sometime because phone starts hanging, when i listen to music or do call...!! Headset is also defected..as checked by the engineer today whom you sent to resolve the problem... i request you please replace the handset along with its accessories asap. This is the 3rd time i'm complaining to you regarding the same issue, request you to take action & do the needful please. Thanks & Regards, Tanya Nagpal

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So escalated the issue to the concerned to have the issue addressed.

It was really a horrible surprise for me to know that they are going to
take 9 days to deliver a product. I bout MotoG mobile and couldn't see the
expected delivery time because I was in anticipation of 2 to 3 days
delivery. Flipkart has become a sucker. They sell their loyalty for few
extra bucks. and they are exploiter by selling exclusive prod. They are the
new East India Company because by collecting 70 or 140 extra bucks they can
sell their loyalty. I remember my days in University when we used to stick
wall posters for flipkart in order to promote an Indian company and the
result is this. They have become the worst ecommerce website overnight.
