[Resolved]  Flipkart — complaint against the seller supercomnet

I ordered a gold iphone 7 128gb new phone. After unboxing the product, the product is rose gold, the warranty of the product was enabled 15 days prior to my purchase (Verified from apple vi imie number), phone is not starting with charging as well, sim tray not opening, charger dirty.
Flipkart is not ready to take complaint against the seller and not picking up the phone and doing refund of the faulty product. Raised multiple complaints, but no action against this from flipkart.

In conjunction to the above complaint, we are still awaiting the action response from Flipkart Escalation Team on the replacement enablement from their end for exchanging the product with a newly unopened and fresh warranty product in a committed TAT of 48hrs from 7th May 2018. There was a previous exchange arranged, but Flipkart Team did not update all the product issues with the Exchange team, thus they denied to give exchange on 7th May 2018. Then we were bound to cancel that replacement request, post to which we have only heard once from Flipkart Escalation team, providing assurance only.
Hello team flipkart..on 16th of August, I ordered an iphone se gold 32GB with order id- OD[protected]. It included a one day delivery charge too. It is 27th of August 2018, still the product isn't delivered. Whenever am calling up the customer care which is totally vague, they are saying that backend team will come up with a resolution. Well and good. So earlier the resolution date provided to me was 21st of august, which stretched to 22nd of August, den on 25th I got a call that the product will be delivered by Tuesday and status will be updated thereof. Today, still the status is same. And the customer care is asking me to wait for resolution. What would I do with your resolution? And you guys even changed the meaning of the word resolution. I want my product by tomorrow. I don't know how and when. It is really pathetic to think that such inefficient people are working with an ecommerce giant. I want my order update on [protected] by today. And I want the delivery by tomorrow.
