[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint against your CS team & technicians

Respected Sir / Madame,
Hi this side DIPANKAR SARKHEL from Ichapur, North 24 Parganas, PIN - 743144. I am sending you the attachments of our conversations with flipkart CS regarding the product refund & technician visiting policy. I have received the order on 03/06/2020 ( ORDER ID - OD[protected]. After receiving the product I have an issue with the charging point. Then technicians visit on 07/06/2020. He will do nothing on my phone and send the message to the customer care that it's ok & my refund has been cancelled on 11/06/2020. Again I have started conversations with your CS & another date will be marked for my return on 19/06/2020 by 8:00 pm.

Still now no technicians came in my home, no conversations with your CS over the phone, no mailed. After several mail conversations with you guys now I will escalate this matter to your higher authority as well as in the consumer forum also. Don't know why you guys are doing this kind of nonsense stuff with consumers.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
