Flipkart — complaint raised on 11th, haven't received refund

I received the frock on 10 th and due to size issue, raised complaint on 11th, however no one is here to pick up the product and refund hasn't processed. I contacted many times to customer care however each n every time they said it will be resolved within 2 days. Pls check and help me to get the refund at the earliest.
