We have bought many items with the same address provided in my flipkart account. But when i recently ordered one item (A book) the delivery boy called me and said your package is ready. But i recieved a message after two days that the order is cancelled... How irresponsible flipkarts delivery is. Its pathetic. How a multi national company can appoint these type of guys as your delivery boy. Where is my order?... When i called him back he said that he will deliver soon as possible. Then where it is??? Dec 11, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer son and he said I have only cancelled the order since I don't want that particular book. Hence closing the complaint from our end. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer son Ananth on "[protected]" and he said I have only cancelled that book so I don't need that book. Informed the customer we are sorry for the issue you have faced during the delivery and we will ensure that this will not repeat in the future. The customer agreed hence closing the complaint.
