I am writing to file a complaint against Flipkart regarding the blockage of my account, which has been inactive for over 1.5 years. My account was blocked due to the alleged excessive return of products. The details of my blocked account are as follows:

Despite my continuous efforts to reach out to Flipkart’s customer support team through numerous emails, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I have patiently waited for a long time, hoping that the issue would be addressed and my account would be reinstated, but unfortunately, the lack of communication and action from Flipkart has caused me significant inconvenience.
The account in question has been blocked for an extended period, and I believe that this action by Flipkart is unfair and unjustified. I request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action and direct Flipkart to provide a resolution to this issue, as the continued lack of access to my account is impacting my ability to use their services.
I trust that the Consumer Forum will intervene in this matter to ensure that my rights as a consumer are upheld.
