[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint regarding defective product received from flipkart but they are not replacing | |||||
I have ordered acer predator helios 300 i5 8th gen gaming laptop on 10th october 2018 and get delivered on 12th october, 2018. Then i found that the product is defected product. Then i called flipkart for replacement. They sent a technician for varification. The technician visited to my house and found the laptop faulty. Then i called flipkart for further procedure. Now they are ignoring me day by day everyday when i am calling them they are just saying "please wait for 24 hours and then call back" and when i called them after 24 hours they again told me to wait for 24 hours. Actually they are not trying to replace my product. Such harrassment is not bearable. My order id - od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
