Flipkart — Complaint regarding misbehaviour of delivery boy biswajit | |||||
This is to bring to your notice that my order with tracking id fmpc[protected] was delivered by a delivery boy from ekart named biswajit ([protected]) on 3rd may around 5.00 pm .I was not present at the provided address but my father who was present was ready to take the delivery with the required amount of cash.The above named delivery man misbehaved with have using harsh words and rude tone.On being requested by me to wait for 2 min if he wanted to hand it over him. He refused to do so and shouted at me. I have been a regular and loyal customer of flipkart but this kind of behaviour is not tolerable .Hence i have cancelled all my orders .
