Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent experience with Flipkart during the Big Billion Days (BBD) Sale. I feel deeply disappointed and upset due to the poor handling of my order.

Product Name: Galaxy S24 5G Snapdragon (Onyx Black, 256 GB)
(8 GB Ram)

Amount Paid: ₹42313/- paid on 8th October 2025
Payment Mode: Credit Card
What Happened:
I placed an order during the Flipkart BBD Sale and received confirmation.
When I contacted customer support after some days of delay, they told me:
"Your order is on the way and will be delivered as per our instructions."
I patiently waited for 11 days, expecting the product.
Suddenly, Flipkart cancelled my order without informing me clearly, and no valid reason was provided.
Now, I am still waiting for my refund, which was supposed to be processed automatically.
🧾 My Concerns:
Why was my order cancelled after 11 days without notice?
Why was I misled by customer support saying the order was on the way?
My ₹42313/-has been refunded at date[protected]
This experience has caused mental stress, waste of time, and loss of trust in Flipkart.
🙏 I Request:
A full and immediate refund of the amount paid.
An official explanation for why my order was cancelled after being confirmed and delayed.
Compensation for the inconvenience, or at least a goodwill gesture to rebuild trust.
I hope you take this matter seriously. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 7 working days, I will be forced to raise the issue with the National Consumer Helpline and share my experience on social media and public platforms.
