[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint regarding Realme Buds with order id-OD[protected]

Dear Flipkart Team

I had purchased a Realme Buds Air with Wireless charging which was delivered on 07-Jun-2020. The order id of the purchase isOD[protected].
When I started using the product I found that it was defective and so I contacted your customer support. A technician arrived at my house and confirmed the same about the product and told me that my product will be replaced. Later I came to know that he reported otherwise because of which my product replacement got cancelled, which was a lie as I am having video evidence that it has several issues. And so I raised another complaint regarding my replacement and I got notification that I will get a call from your executive by 25-Jun-2020 and later the date of contacting me was extended to 26-Jun-2020. I am really disappointed by flipkart as your team resolved my issue on its own without even contacting me on or before the given date to me. I am attaching a video here where you can see that my device is connected to ear buds via Bluetooth while the earbuds are still in the case.
I hereby kindly request to see into my complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest. I also request you to be nice enough to contact the customer on or before the given contacting date. Hope my faith in flipkart will be restored, awaiting your reply.
