Hello team,

This is regarding my complaint no given below & most important on the level of customer service & flipkart commitment to deliver its product on time

Royal oak metal dining set

I have been facing issues with cs of flipkart for almost all the orders in past few weeks, yet i thought to order the product (My bad) as i liked the product & the date of delivery was looking more or less ok for me.

However
1. I called several times to follow up on the product as i was not able to see any change in order tracking for weeks
2. Every time i got the standard reply that the product will be delivered much before the said timeline 16th march so don’t worry though on every call i narrated that i am out of town after 16th hence please make sure it gets delivered on time
3. Just before few days of delivery i got a message stating the date is revised & now its 22nd (Now i have no confidence in any date commitment from flipkart)
4. On 11th when i again called the cs to tell about the issue first of all it took me again quite some time (See the call logs i wasted at least 25-30 minutes every call i made) cs associate raised a complaint gave me the 1st complaint no & assured me i will get a call back in maximum 24hrs on resolution) which never happened
5. I only again called up on 14th morning see the 2nd complaint no again the same response scripted lined “we are sorry but the product will be delivered by22nd” i don’t know the quality process which flipkart follows (Btw i dint get again any call as expected yet) may be after this email may be if i am lucky i ll get with same response “we are sorry but the product will be delivered by22nd”
6. Please do understand that there are many players as well as consumer forums as well, if the cs level keep on lowering down like this i am sure very soon flipkart ll see a hit
7. Please educate your staff to understand & act on consumer complaints or feedback & not only keep telling them what they can easily view in the “order tracking status”

I did wasted at least 3 hour of my time (I dint visited the showroom under impression that i can save time but in vain it’s a torture for me now) sincerely appreciate if you can please go ahaead & cancel this order if can’t be delivered or committed timeline (Don’t play with timeline revision every time & then say we are ontime”
