[Resolved] Flipkart — complete negligence | |||||
Why are you playing with me, my every order was getting delayed or cancelled, you think customers are fools, my recent orders which ordered on different dates got cancelled or delayed. My recent order :od[protected]. The delivery guy keeping status "no response from customer"which i didn't received any call from him. He is doing same thing on my second order, when customer care called me they are saying that's your side problem. They are very arrogant towards me this is insanekart. May 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me again and told me "it will not repeat".and requested me to mark as resolved. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 10, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We already contacted the customer and informed him about the refund. Closing the case.
