Flipkart — Complete tv protection

I complaint several times on customer care for my nokia 42 inc tv . Nxt day techician visit and say motherboard issue he say when parts are come then he install in tv after 4days he will come with parts to repair tv but he can't repair he say this tv have panel issue he say nxt day we pick up your tv to repair at Service enter but nobody comes nxt day even 6 days gone . After calling on customer care numbers he say we Escalate your concern nxt 2 days your tv is picked up but 3 days gone no action taken against pick up . My tv is 1 year old And I take complete tv protection from flipkart jeeves but No Service from flipkart Why I feel is type of scam . I strictly saying this line that I have well known because I pay in advance for your service, I take legal action against your service with your company, I try this for first time, further I will move to case to consumer court. I will sharing details of claim id etc.For your reference---"Dear Hemant Dubey, This is regarding Complete Protection with CPJV[protected] for your LED TV.
