I m a regular customer, bt during my last order placed of smart watch, i got the delivery within time bt as i was not satisfied with the product, i send the request to return back the purchase product, than i got a call from your firm, with the excuses so that the product is not return back. As a customer i have right to return the goods if not satisfied. Also i claimed it within ten days time period. So kindly favour me the best...

I order Iphone 6s worth rs.34999 from flipkart and money deducted from my credit card but I didn't get any update regarding refund or approved order.. What should I do.?
