Flipkart — Couldn't accept return

I bought the product of Sony wf-c500 headset nd i m not satisfy with his product, bcoz it's not a worth for that huge amount. So I'm asked Flipkart customer care to retake the product but they refused to take return instead of they say go and ask Sony customer care to resolve ur problem. I m asking why did I go and ask Sony customer care then y did u sell it, ur the core to the responsible for sell so u must take my return request. I m not like that product

Flipkart customer service didn't response for my request nd delay the process nd shut their eyes, ears nd mouths for my complaint. No one has gave a proper response. I couldn't understand what is the problem in it, y d they refused to take back their product.

Flipkart platform sell the product to me, I trusted Flipkart platform for buying product but now they doing irresponsible ans nd behavior of customer care supporters also not well in this case.

I want to return my product, what is the procedure for it. I don't like a product, it's not fulfill my expectations.audio effects worst in this headset, i didn't blame headset quality, I felt or used better than this headset so compartive it's worst so I m not comfortable with it. I am ask y didn't take back nd gave a unnecessary answer nd asking bribes for return. Its any rules there, if any had explain it afterwards I will give that amount. I[censored] not take back that priduct.I will put negative feedback in all community platform nd next time i will definitely move to Amazon.

U assured the seller nd act like a intermediater, but not to take responsibility. I don't knw who is the seller, i bought the product only for Flipkart bcoz i believed that so I hope to buy the product in Flipkart. But u gave a ans like ask Sony customer service nd we are not take back that product nd etc ans. Afterwards y should I or we bought the product from Flipkart. Amazon customer service is better than u. I lost my money 5000, afterwards i ll recommend my frnz nd relatives go nd buy the product an Amazon don't buy it in Flipkart. I m not satisfy with ur customer care
