[Resolved] Flipkart — couldn't reset my password

I have forgotten my account password. While i am clicking forgot password link it shows unable to process request.. I couldn't able to process with my orders. I have tried in website also. Issue occurred in both app and website. I have tried to create new account but it shows that already had account. Is that possible to provide external link to reset password?
