[Resolved] Flipkart — Counterfeit Product Sold | |
On the 8th of May, 2015, I had received a Razer Mousepad that I had placed an order for 200Rs. Upon unpacking the product packaging I didn't receive the original packaging but rather a simple polythene casing in which the mousepad was placed in. Now, I'm assuming that maybe the packaging had to be reduced so it was placed in a polythene pack. But upon further inspection of the mousepad, I had found that it was completely counterfeit. Frankly I'm disgusted because I have been using Flipkart for over a year and this is the first time I have received a counterfeit product. If I do not receive any proper reimbursement of the product or replacement, I'm afraid I will have to contact the Bureau of Consumer Affairs. Was this information helpful? | |
