[Resolved]  Flipkart — courier boy not accepting exchange phone

I couldn't get my phone (Vivo y93) as delivery executive refused to do the exchange of my phone (Asus zenfone 3 max). I will narrate you everything, how it happened.

Your delivery executive checked my phone physically and he proceeded it, then he checked imei no. & brand and proceeded it, then he checked it physically and proceeded it and he ask me to sign out and reset my phone and checked it. Everything was good and done. Later after few minutes said my phone corners (Edges) have some scratches due to which order can not be proceed.

My point is when, it has scratches which was not acceptable (As per delivery executive) then why did he ask me sign out and reset my phone. On one go it was done and later he refused it and he was saying that i can not take it or else they will cut his salary.

Other thing is inspection was done by a guy who was not able to read and i feel he was not knowledgeable and educated enough to take such decisions on ground.

During all this process i had wasted half hours which was out my working hours, i'm a vp sales and i can not afford such waste of time.

I spoke to your customer care executive, he said they have given all the responsibilities to the e-kart team (Delivery executive) in taking the exchange related decision. And he said my order will be cancelled and i will have to raise a new order. I was trying to understand from him why this was happening and he couldn't answer my queries and cut the phone without intimating me.

There has to be a procedure and which needs to be followed so that you ensure customers time and effort are not wasted.in today's case, i have wasted my time, efforts, money and most importantly i have lost trust on brand like flipkart.
End of the day, i was asked to do new order. Now the situation is, that i will have to do all the setup on my old phone and waste my time again.

I would request you to please look into this and get it resolved. If i can not avail this offer and get my phone kindly refund my money and i will stop buying goods from flipkart

Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We regret to inform that the courier service provider denied the pick of exchange product as the same was damaged. However, we see that the customer has already cancelled the order and the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 17, 2019. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
