[Resolved] Flipkart — courier service behavior not good

My order was cancelled due to courier service person without my concern. My oder was reached on 6th of may but he does not deliver my till now. Today i got cancelation massage. I have called 3-4 times in flipkart also but they dont respond well and dont do anything. I also called so many times to currier service but put their phone switch off and dont call me back. Actully i hv ordered a medicated cream which i hv waited alot but i get shocked by getting the message of cancelation of order. Flipkart is loosing their customers in this way. They always just listen but does not resolve problem. I am not going to order anything in future.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order has been cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. Request customer to place a fresh order. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 09, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
