I recently received my credit report where I saw a personal loan from IDFC bank of Rs 20000. On trying to find out, the credit agency told that it is because I availed Flipkart buy now pay later powered by idfc first bank, I never signed up for this service and on searching on the internet discovered that similar complaints have been made in the past. I tried reaching out to Flipkart but not getting any helpful response, calls do not connect, on chat rep says system is down. I would like to get rid of this loan from my credit report and deactivate flipkart buy now pay later so that i do not have this service or loan associated with my account. +1 photos Was this information helpful? This is not related to an order id but that buy now pay later service has been added to my account because of which there is a loan added in my credit report. Can you please deactivate flipkart pay later, without it there shouldn't be any loan active for me. If it helps i can share the phone number linked to my account.
