Flipkart — crompton 88l ozone desert cooler | |||
Hi team, I have been following up with flipkart since the day i received a damaged cooler that i had ordered from this useless site-flipkart. I had initially opted for replacement, however they gave me a replacement date of 20 days. So then i cancelled the replacement request as there was no use of a cooler after summer ends. Now when i asked them to give me an option for putting in a request for return, they took 1 week's time and then also they said they have to do it manually. Since then it's been 21 days and i haven't received any response from them Such a pathetic company is flipkart. I would want to file a consumers complaint and sue them for damages and harassment caused. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
