[Resolved]  Flipkart — cs escalation team behaviour and seller delivered duplicate product of sony

i am really feeling disappointing to writing to you because service level of flipkart is absolutely going done and no one sitting in your customer care to take the responsibility.I am talking about order ID : OD[protected] its a Sony Bluetooth Headphone and i was facing sound issue with every phone then i placed a replacement of this product. Today i received the replacement but when i open the box it was damage its a used product and product was damage too and most important its a duplicate sony Headphone. Superom et was your authorized seller and how they send me a duplicate and damage product. Then i called to your customer care my call was transfer to escalation desk where Neha was speaking with me and she was rude and arrogant instead of helping me out she told am well trained enough to deal with the customer like me. Then she disconnected my call. Again i called to your CC and am speaking with escalation manager he told me i have to take the refund of this order as of now seller don't have the replacement option. I am asking you why should i take the refund first your seller delivered me a duplicate product and damage one then he don't have replacement option. I am also sending the recording of this call so u can listen it. its your seller instead of asking question from him how he send me a duplicate product you want to me to accept the refund. See am not going to accept this option and i only want a brand new Sony headphone. i hope i will get the resolution other wise i have the recording where your manager is accepting that mistake is made from seller and your end . I am really fed up with your services. You people gave me the tag of flipkart plus customer and how you are treating with me. I am really feeling that in future i have to choose another site for my online purchase. I hope i will get the resolution as i have the recording of this call here no option to attache that file. Their manager is accepting that its a issue from their seller end but nothing in his hand apart from raising it out. How could your seller dispatch a duplicate Sony product in case of replacement after that forcing me to accept the refund. I am sorry but i will not accept refund and i only want a delivery of original Sony headphone to me.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on November 03, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
