[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer care disconnecting the call while talking | |||||
Date of the incident: Sept 1 2021 Description: Promised date of item delivery is Sept 1 2021 IST, but at 5:15PM received message from flipkart saying that there would be delay in item delivery by 3 days. When I reached flipkart customer care to explain the issue they cannot see the latest tracking information of the item. The latest info that they can see in their system is as on 29th Aug and they do not have information for 30th-31st Aug and 1st sept. Issues: 1) Customer care representative disconnecting when they found that they can't address the issue(audio evidence) 2) Flipkart changing the delivery date as per their need on the last day of delivery. (audio evidence) 2) Customer care doesn't have latest information to address the issue 3) Delay in delivery from promised date. 4) Inability of customer care support 5) I talked with them 8 times and all the time the context persists.
