[Resolved]  Flipkart — customer service and seller

I am a new customer of flipkart. I ordered a fitness band recently which was dead on arrival and was malfunctioning on placing a replacement of my order. Almost after a week or more on checking my account i got to know that the replacement of my order has been cancelled. I wasn't informed about this particular event and on contacting the customer service i was told to go to the service centre of my product due to the technical problem created by seller.
Customer service was telling me to work rather than the seller, even though i didn't had an direct involvement in this problem.
I still ask for my refund or replacement of my order soon with ease.

I want the company to improve their service and to take full responsibility of the problem as they are the face that we communicate and trust while purchasing the product rather than explaining us the policy that they haven't mentioned before.
