[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer service for returns | |||
Order number : OD[protected] Return Request ID: 19902582 I requested return for this item on 23-MAY-2015. I did not receive any link to install any Smart Check App. I got a call from technical team at 12.33pm 24-may-2015 intimating me that without the app they cant approve my return request so they will send me the link to that app and will call me back the same day. I just got a message indicating that a call back is arranged on 25-MAY-2015 at 3 30 pm. Your customer care executives behaved rudely and even dropped my call twice when I asked them to send me the link for that app again. I am extremely frustrated with your customer care attitude. What if I dont receive the link till 25th and when the technical team calls again they will again postpone it to a later date indicating the same reason. You are using dirty tactics to avoid the exchange of items. If the issue is not resolved this will be my last purchase on flipkart and I will advice my friends and family against buying items on flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
