[Resolved] Flipkart — customer service pathetic | |
Highly disappointed, they say i am a priority member and i am kept on hold for 12 minutes, worst service. Nothing was informed. Chat team says call cx care. When i called in as a flipkart+ member was connected to priority plus helpdesk which put me on hold for 22 minutes then disconnected. I quit flipkart, worst cx service, flipkart u lost a high value customer today. Was this information helpful? | |
