[Resolved] Flipkart — customer service-tv | |||
Product delivered but installation not done as promised on the same day. I have sms confirming the time. Also terrible customer service. Assistant manager disconnected my call after waiting for 1.30 hrs to talk to him. Called multiple times. But all reps and sups are equally incompetent of delivering proper customer service. Delivery guys from ekart threatened to not deliver the product to me if i ask them what time they are coming. Assistant manager disconnected my call and never had the courtesy to call back after disconnection. Looking for compensation from flipkart, as everyone was very prompt in telling me about the policies of the company for customers but no one is willing to tell what happens if the customer is not given proper customer service from flipkart.
