[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer support long phone call | |||
I called at 11:03 pm on 11 February 2017. A mature voice person named Amit picked up the phone. I wanted to ask whether I can cancel the order or not. If yes then how. He started doing irrelevant statement and when I said please have a look at customer complaint or review about that perticular product that I purchased, he put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes. When he said sorry I asked the question Do you why did you put my call on hold. He said to check cancellation procedure. He had forgotten the last conversation. A bad experience from a good company or now poor employees are under the command. Dont punish him but Please train people. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the shipment has been delivered and he started using it. His issue is that there was a lot of delay in getting the shipment delivered so apologies to customer abd informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not get repeat again in future. Customer said that the executive with whom customer had spoken he had kept the call on hold for 15 mins and he is unable to provide the correct information so apologies to him personally and informed to him that the feedback will be given to the consultant.
