Hi, I have purchased gemei rechargeable professional gm-1015 trimmer of order id: OD[protected] order date:27 mar 15 ..I have not seen it after opening the pack but the trimmer is not in working condition..I heard your service is very good but this product is not in working condition and mostly u picked up from india shop...plz kindly provide solution for my problem n give good service. .
