I had ordered LG 4K TV on 5th of Oct-21 vide order ID No. OD[protected]. I had received it on 7th Oct-21. When LG techenician came for installation, he opened deal pack Box and found that product display pannel damaged. He made Job Sheet report which was shared to Flipkart also.
Thereafter I requested for replacement. Flipkart had arrange for it. Almost 3 times my replacement was cancelled due to IMEI/Product no. not match with E-kart delivery person. At last I was told by flipkart for retun and refund the payment.
Again same issue created, E-kart delivery person refused to return due to IMEI/Product no. not match with the system.
Many of times i spoke with Flipkart customer executive but every time i was assured for replacement/Refund. But at the end i get nothing. Damage product laying with since last 20 days.
