Flipkart — Damage product received, request you replacement | |
Hi, This is DEVENDRA REDDY B, I was received a damaged mobile, I was placed a replacement request on 11 Oct 2021 with order I'd OD[protected]. For my replacement request was rejected nearly 4-5 times, there's no response from Flipkart customer suppot too . finally he was accepted . again the seller was cancelled my replacement request on 3 Nov 2020 at 9.46pm.may I know the reason and how was cancelled my replacement request without my request/permission or any intimation. I was not placed cancelled request from my side.please need help as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
