I ordered a 65-inch Kodak Qled TV from Flipkart on 11th of August 2023, order No. OD[protected]. The TV was delivered on the 14th of August 2023 and the installation of the TV was scheduled on the 16th of August 2023; however, the installation did not happen till the 19th of August and there was no communication either from Jeeves or Flipkart about the delay in installation. The person who came for installation was so naïve that he did not know how to drill a hole in our TV unit tile. He completely damaged the TV unit tiles and cracked the tile. I had to install the TV unit on the cracked tile. After complaining the same to the Flipkart executive, I was assured that they will resolve my issue in 24 hrs, however no follow up call came from Flipkart.
