I purchased an AC from Flipkart which was delivered to me with Manufacturing Defect.
The Panasonic company technicians came and unboxed the sealed product and installed it. After installation the AC makes extremely loud grinding noise from the fan in the Indoor unit.
The technician opened the unit and found that it is damaged in 3 places.
Then uninstalled the AC and went away.
I tried contacting Flipkart customer care multiple times and tried raising a Replacement/Refund and they keep cancelling the replacement stating that the courier delivery people informed them that the package was delivered properly.
Please help me as I paid Flipkart and they are not replacing a defective product out of box. They are just wasting time so I am not able return the product after the 10 days return period. Was this information helpful? |
