Flipkart — Damaged and defective laptop received | |||||
I received a laptop from Flipkart Order ID - OD[protected] which is defective and damaged, after receiving the delivery I noticed screen gets blank if you start some heavy application and also it is a little damaged. I contacted Flipkart many times but they were disconnecting my calls. After calling so many times they agreed to replace but after technician visit. They will send damaged and defective product after that they will send technician. I have paid full amount and this is the service I am getting. Really very frustrated with this. I want a replacement as soon as possible. I can't wait for 30 days because i'm going abroad. Was this information helpful? | |||||
