Flipkart — Damaged and poor quality product received

I purchased a product named evohouse swing car kids car rider from flipkart by reading product description which clearly says : product is of heavy plastic material, that can handle weight of approx 75 kg and wheel is of premium quality. I purchased this product from flipkart in white colour.
This product is sealed by flipkart assured, which means customer will get exactly same product as mentioned in description.
But the product I received is completely different .
Product is in yellow colour, product is damaged from wheel side, near steering side, carrier and so on.
I tried returning the product to flipkart to get refund amount so that I can purchase product with high quality.

Please tell flipkart to refund the money as why product is passed under flipkart assurity and I don’t need any replacement of this product . I just simply needs a refund so that I can purchase it from other seller.

Very strange, I talked to flipkart team almost every day regarding the refund request.
But they provided me product in replacement which is again beyond expectations. This time product is in green colour with barring issue.
When the same is notified to flipkart team.
They told me that don’t worry this time you will get refund of your product.
And product pick-up was scheduled.
But the pick-up boy without picking the product mentioned that customer wants to retain the item without any customer intentions.
When I told this to flipkart team they told me that please have a patience your product will pick-up before 27th.
Now when I checked the order detail I found that flipkart has cancelled the refund request after scheduling it for pick-up.

Please help us to initiate a refund from flipkart

As you can see in attached image. Flipkart team shown me that refund request was accepted from their end .then why they are not helping me in this issue

Flipkart arranged a pick-up for today but today again the delivery pick-up person refused to pick the item by saying that I can’t pick the item as I am on bike to deliver other products.
The same issue is repeating again and again and now I am too much frustrated with flipkart support.
Flipkart please do the needful

Today item was scheduled for pick-up and confirmed by flipkart support team on call but just after 20-30 minutes I got a call from support team and this time the team told me that they need to proceed it again as the option selected was damaged and different from what we ordered.
So today again the item was not yet picked and now we need to place a new return request again.
This time it’s 3rd time to initiate refund request.
Don’t know what is going at flipkart end.
