Flipkart — Damaged Elica Chimney received

We ordered a Elica Chimney from Flipkart on 20th March, 2022. Received it on 24th March. The technician who came to install it informed that the motor of the chimney was damaged and asked us to put a replacement request for the same. We did that. Since that day we have been following up with them regularly, calling customer helpline 10times a day, explaining the same problem to all their representatives. After so much of followups, complaining on social media’s nothing happened, no replacement or refund activity that we could rely on. Now we received messaged sometime back that the replacement request has been rejected as the problem was resolved by troubleshooting. We don’t know what else to do and whom to talk to. We only know that we want our money back asap and that we are never going to use Flipkart ever.
