[Resolved]  Flipkart — Damaged Guitar

I ordered the Kadence A281 guitar from Flipkart on 27 September and got it delivered on 2nd October. The guitar came in damaged already. The bridge of the guitar had a little crack in it and since the crack was really small I didn't bother to replace it. After playing it for a few days I noticed that the crack was getting bigger, I tried replacing through flipkart but by then the replacement window had closed, then I tried contacting Kadence Experience to claim my extended warranty but they refused to provide me any help stating that its either my fault or flipkart's. I tried talking to flipkat since Kadence is just putting the blam on Flipkart but the flipkart support agent told me that there's nothing that flipkart can do. Now I am left with a broken guitar with both the companies doing nothing.
