[Resolved] Flipkart — DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED BUT NOBODY CAME FOR RETURN | |||
I AM THE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF FLIPKART BUT TODAY I FEEL YOU ARE NOT STANDING WITH THE CUSTOMER SOMETIME. IT'S REALLY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. MY ORDER NO.OD[protected] DT 07TH MAY 2015 AND DELIVERED 11TH MAY 2015. SAME PACKET I HAVE GIFTED TO MY FRIEND WHEN THEY OPEN IT THERE IS FOUND ONE OF THE PROBLEM IN POWER JACK. THEN I WAS LODGED THE RETURN REQUEST ON DT 15TH MAY 2015 @ 02:54PM. I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BUT I WAS BUSY IN FINANCIAL CLOSINGS BUT THE CALLER HAS PUT MY CALL ON HOLD THEN AFTER A LONG TIME I WAS DISCONNECTED THE CALL. AFTER THAT NO BODY IS CALLING TILL NOW OR I AM NOT ABLE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT THRU FLIPKART APP. FINALLY I WENT TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IN LAJPAT NAGAR PART 2 AND REPAIR IT. THEY HAVE CHARGED RS.800/- UNNCESSARY CUSTOMER LOSS OF MONEY. NOW, I AM GOING TO DELETED THIS APP AND RECOMMENDING TO ALL MY NETWORKS TO ALERT DURING PURCHASING FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR AN AMOUNT OF HIGHER VALUE. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 25, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer received a product that had defective power jack and he had visited the service center and they had fixed it. However, customer had to pay Rs.800/- for the repair. It is found that we have already provided Rs.800/- which customer had spent to hos Flipkart wallet and hence closing the complaint.
