[Resolved]  Flipkart — Damaged laptop delivered

I ordered Asus Vivobook OLED k15 on 16th March, 2022 and it was delivered to me on 17th March, 2022. It was an open box delivery but it was not opened and delivered with OTP. Upon opening the package I found that there was a big dent on the laptop panel lid.
I immediately raised return request with photos of the damaged product but still it hasn't been approved yet. I contacted several times and told that after 72 hours they would contact me. I spent 46000 of my hard earned money still they are not approving my return request or replacement. Flipkart says something and does the opposite thing. Flipkart's customer care is pathetic. Why should I wait for 3 days just to know about their decision?
