[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged mobile | |
Beware of buying mobile phones from Flipkart. I just bought one and the phone is hot even when not in use. First of all, THEY'LL NEVER RETURN YOU THE MONEY. You can ask for a replacement but that too can be done only once. So, if they send you something even worse than the first time (which is very likely considering it is Flipkart), you will get stuck with it forever. I called them and wanted to tell them to send me a different product form the one I had bought but you can't even do that since they'll tell you that they'll call you back and then send you an SMS that they are sorry that they can't call you.
