[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged phone received | |||||
Dec 3rd i received my mi max 2 mobile. That is a not good in battery, signal and hanging. I raised a complaint on 5th december. Some flipkart executive said with in 2days your problem will resolve like ha said. Still i facing the same same problem. He send fake technician he don't know anything even how to see the problem also. I am asking if you resolve the problem ok otherwise i want my refund. The policy is there with in 10 days refund or replacement options. But he said no option is there.
