Dear flipkart team First of all i would like to say a big thanks to your all team for such a great service for customers I am very happy from flipkart service But this time i have to suffer a problem I bought a online mobile phone named honor 7A. I reeceived the phone and when i open its damaged full screan is broken And when i apply for return or replacement the seller denained my request Shoud i have to pay for a damange piece? Your have to deal with your seller we cant pay for e defective piece I didnt use mobile even i didnt insert any sim card or anything A big cmmericial websit cant denine that they cant help me to go out of this Anybody never will pay rupiess for a fully damanged piece I want justiec and i want to return it or replace it And you shoud also have to focus on your seller that fir their profit customer does not have to suffrr of this much amount I humble request you to please solvr my problem as soon as possible I am sharing some photos please look at it And return it or replace it otherwise i have to take some other action Thank you for your support i hope flipkart help me Thank you, Shilpa Thacker [protected] Hi This is my only registered id.. Jul 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 14, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Jun 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the damaged product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and seller has provided the replacement to customer and the same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
