I am literally fed up of making calls, writing emails, and raising complaints to Flipkart Customer Care. I ordered a DishWasher through Flipkart on 25-Feb-2023. The order was delivered to me on 01-March-2023. Since it was a defective product, its top side was dented, so I wanted to get it exchanged for a finely finished product. So, I created a return request for the same on 01-March-2023. I literally had to make calls for exactly 9 days but there was no resolution from the Flipkart Team. On 10 March 2023, I received the Return approval from the Flipkart Team, mentioning that on 22 March 2023, I received a communication from the team that My exchange product will be delivered the next day i.e., 23 March 2023. But there was no Product delivered. I contacted customer care and reported the same to them. They conveyed to me that they are also unable to create the return request. In the end, they conveyed to me that the concerned team will get back with a solution but after 24 hours of last email they Blocked my Flipkart account so that I can't proceed with any Return/Refund/Exchange Request. Now it's been 2 months, still didn't get neither exchanged product nor refund. And now regretting why I ordered from Flipkart and also me and my family are afraid of online shopping.
This clearly shows that Flipkart is just trying to mislead customers and only care about the money and not to provide pleasant and comfortable services.
It's my serious request to the Flipkart Flipkart Support team to please look into this matter and help in getting it resolved ASAP!. Was this information helpful? |
