[Resolved]  Flipkart — Damaged product and refund of money

I have received a feather baby bath from flipkart on friday. As i opened it was damaged and is different from how it looks while purchasing the product. I received the product damaged and has scretches al over his body... When i contact them they said they will exchange the pdoduct and then msg came that seller is not able to provide the exchanged product. Neither they are exchanging it nor refunding my money.
