[Resolved]  Flipkart — Damaged product and replaced product delivery is extremely delayed

It was no wonder that the services will be affected by the resignation of top management but to such an extent is extremely shocking and disappointing. I usually do not believe in posting complaints but this time I was forced to reach this platform to express my concern. Its almost a month now that I have ordered 42'' LED TV from Flipkart (OD[protected] on 26th Jan. First I got damaged product on 4th Feb, took few days for return and was returned on 7th Feb. There has been no update on the status of the product since 10th Feb. After constant follow up at least twice a week the customer care assured that the new TV will be delivered by 25th Feb and has given multiple assurances. Following up today, the lady at the customer care tells me that the order is stuck in our account and we sincerely apologize, we will try our best to deliver the product at the earliest with no confirmed date. Highly disappointed services and pathetic escalation services. Guys never buy expensive electronic product from Flipkart you will be locking in your money.
