Flipkart — damaged product delievered

Registered mobile no. - [protected] i have ordered a product (Spotzero by milton royale steel wringer spin mop mop) & on 29/04/20 it was delievered to me & it was a damaged one as there was a crack on its body & for your reference i am also attaching some images of the product. So i forwarded the complaint to there customer care but instead of solving my problem they have blocked my account giving the reason that there were unusual high number of returns from my account & unfortunately i was a flipkart plus member too & my membership was already renewed for the next year too. See if this is the case than my last order which was cancelled, it was cancelled by your side as due to this corona situation you were only supplying essential items & my order was for a non-essential item & please also check my order history too, i have ordered laptops, mobiles & many other things from flipkart & yes i have returned some products but most of the products were from clothing category & i think it is understandable & logically going no one is that much free that he/she first place a prepaid order & than return it & than wait the refund to get credited into his/her bank account & my last order which was cancelled by you was also a prepaid one & it took almost 20 days for the refund to get credited in my account. See man has created all this system so there is always a chance of an error. So thereby i request you to please get it checked & return this product & unblock my account. Thank you
